ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 2014 Camry Hybrid LE. The Camry Hybrid LE is a 2.5-Liter 4-Cylinder 6-Speed Automatic and includes the Entune™ Multimedia Bundle (6.1-in. touch-screen display, AM/FM CD player, six speakers, auxiliary audio jack, USB 2.0 port with iPod® connectivity and control, advanced voice recognition, hands-free phone capability, phone book access and music streaming via Bluetooth® 13 wireless technology), backup camera, Multi-function in-key remote keyless entry system with lock, two-stage unlock, panic, trunk-release functions and remote illuminated entry, Tilt/telescopic steering wheel with audio, Bluetooth® 13 hands-free phone controls and Goodyear Fuel Max tires. The depiction of the vehicle prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize is: $27,500. All federal, state and local taxes, optional equipment, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and any other expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of vehicle are the sole responsibility of the winner. Vehicle will be delivered via an authorized dealer to be determined by Sponsor. Determination of manufacturer and/or dealer option on vehicle, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Delivery of vehicle is subject to availability. Allow sixteen (16) weeks for delivery of vehicle after verification of eligibility. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as described above; any additional upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Color, package, factory options and other Grand Prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Sponsor does not make, nor in any way manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must provide his/her current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Grand Prize.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Package consists of a VIP trip for winner and one (1) guest (who must be 18 years of age or older) to the NASCAR Nationwide Series “Virginia529 College Savings 250” and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series “Federated Auto Parts 400” races held at the Richmond International Raceway during the weekend of September 4-7, 2014 in Richmond, VA; round trip coach class airfare for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence within the U.S. to Richmond, VA; four (4) days’/three(3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy at hotel chosen by Sponsor); rental car; two (2) tickets to the Virginia529 College Savings 250 race; two (2) tickets to the Federated Auto Parts 400 race; and two (2) NASCAR Cold Garage passes for Friday and Saturday.
ARV of each First Prize is: $2,500. If winner lives within 250 miles of Richmond, VA, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Actual travel dates will be specified by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The dates specified by Sponsor are the dates that the trip must occur, and such dates are not flexible. If a winner is unable to travel on designated dates, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor will determine seat location for all events in its sole discretion.
FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: one (1) certificate that is good for one (1) set of four (4) Goodyear tires. The certificate is good for one (1) set of Goodyear tires, with a value of up to $1,800 and is subject to all terms and conditions listed thereon. Mounting, balancing, valve stems and incidental shop and disposal charges (where applicable) are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner. ARV of each Second Prize is: $1,800.
Total ARV of all prizes is $41,500.
