Submit an original recipe using Pretzel Crisps as an ingredient or pairing & one (1) digital photograph of the completed dish… Each recipe Submission must include a list of ingredients with exact U.S. measurements, step-by-step preparation instructions and cooking instructions (time/temperature), and it must yield at least two (2) servings, and include all other pertinent information necessary for preparation of the dish and the information of the judges.
Judging: A panel of Food Network chefs will evaluate all Eligible Entries and select one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) based on the following judging criteria: (a) 25% based on the use of Pretzel Crisps® in the completed dish; (b) 25% based on taste of the completed dish; (c) 25% based on presentation of the completed dish as shown in the submitted photograph; and (d) 25% based on the creativity and quality of the photo submission.
Prize: the Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) to New York, New York, which includes: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights first class hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); (iii) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and guest at a Food Network chef restaurant; (iv) two (2) $300 vouchers for a Broadway show; (v) a visit to the Food Network Kitchens for a Pretzel Crisps® event (date to be determined once trip is scheduled); (vi) two (2) gift baskets containing Pretzel Crisps® and assorted treats; (vii) roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York City; and (viii) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,200.
All travel must be completed by May 7, 2015, and must be arranged with Sponsor a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance, and is subject to availability and Sponsor’s approval.
