HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Promotion, Entrants must have a valid Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. Limit one (1) Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook account per Entrant. Entrants found using multiple accounts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified. During the Promotion Period, Nissan will publish Clues on the following social media channels:
• On both the Nissan USA (http://facebook.com/nissanusa) and Nissan Altima (https://www.facebook.co
• On the Nissan USA (https://instagram.com/nissanusa) Instagram page.
• On both the Nissan USA (http://twitter.com/nissanusa) and Nissan Altima’s Twitter pages (http://twitter.com/nissanaltima).
Each Clue will provide hints and clues to be used when participating in the Promotion. All Postings will be denoted with a link to the Official Rules of this Promotion, which indicate they are part of the Promotion. To enter the Promotion, Entrants can provide their guesses to the Clues through one of the following methods:
• Via Facebook: Go to either of the Sponsor’s Facebook Pages and post a guess to the Clues in the comments section using the hashtag #AltimaChaseSweeps.
• Via Instagram: Post a photo on the Entrant’s Instagram account along with the hashtag #AltimaChaseSweeps in response to a Clue posted on Sponsor’s Instagram Page. An Entrant can also comment on Clues posted on Sponsor’s Instagram Pages using the hashtag #AltimaChaseSweeps
• Via Twitter: Log onto your Twitter account and tweet your answer with the hashtag #AltimaChaseSweeps to a Clue posted to Sponsor’s Twitter Pages. An Entrant may also enter the Promotion by retweeting a message posted by the Sponsor on Sponsor’s Twitter Pages with the hashtag #AltimaChaseSweeps.
Entrants may make only one (1) Submission per Clue regardless of method of entry, for a maximum total of forty-six (46) Submissions during the Promotion Period.
On or about June 2, 2015, the independent judging agency administering this Promotion (“Administrator”) will randomly select from among all eligible Submissions: one (1) potential Grand Prize winner, five (5) potential First Prize winners, ten (10) potential Second Prize winners, twenty (20) potential Third Prize winners, twenty (20) potential Fourth Prize winners, twenty-five (25) potential Fifth Prize winners, and forty-five (45) potential Sixth Prize winners from among all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZE (1): “Grand Prize” is a 2015 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of $33,175. The actual vehicle features/options will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
Grand Prize Winner will receive a check from the Sponsor in the amount of $10,000 to help defray the cost of income taxes. Sponsor will separately pay for sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees in claiming and registering the Vehicle. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for insurance, and all other costs incurred in claiming the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle, at his or her own expense, within fourteen (14) days of notice of availability of the Vehicle from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence or the Vehicle may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner must present his/her valid U.S. driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to vehicle delivery. Vehicle details and availability are subject to change. In the event the particular vehicle cannot be supplied for any reason, a similar vehicle of comparable value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted by the winner. The actual style, model, make, color, design and features of the prize may vary from any depictions of it in the Promotion materials. Sponsor will determine, at its sole discretion, the style, model, make, color, design and features including but not limited to interior and exterior features. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $45,175.00.
First Prize (5): Each “First Prize” is a sports watch. ARV of each First Prize is $50.00
Second Prize (10). Each “Second Prize” is a set of race track drink coasters. ARV of each Second Prize is $30.00.
Third Prize (20). Each “Third Prize” is a Gran Turismo 6 Video Game. ARV of each Third Prize is $20.00.
Fourth Prize (20). Each “Fourth Prize” is a $20 Cash Card. ARV of each Fourth Prize is $20.00.
Fifth Prize (25). Each “Fifth Prize” is one (1) pair of Nissan Altima Branded Sunglasses. ARV of each Fifth Prize is $15.00.
Sixth Prize (45). Each “Sixth Prize” is a Nissan Altima Branded Hat. ARV of each Sixth Prize is $11.00.
ARV of all prizes in this Promotion is $47,395.00.
