I’m always looking for cooking ideas that can help me with my diabetes. My DR. wanted to place me on insulin but I said ” no way ” I will eat better. I have stuck to that and I am losing the weight slowly. I needed to kick 82 pounds and I’ve been able to do away 22 in 7 months. I wish I could lose it faster but I guess I just have to be patient.I should not worry to much about it, because I’m still eating with good taste and my sugars are doing a lot better. Thank you so much!

You definitely are a “girlfriend” to many people. You have made this into more than a job but a caring mission to share with others what you’ve discovered. Thanks for sharing the information you have discovered to those of us who have been looking for something like this.
