To play without making a purchase, call toll-free, 1-888-391-9888 from your touch-tone telephone and follow the automated instructions to play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize (also a “Play”). Callers will be required to provide their first and last name, home address, city, state, zip code, phone number with area code, and date of birth (as two digits for month, two digits for day, and four digits for year). CONTEST. Visit the website, during the Promotion Period, and follow the online instructions to register and submit an Essay (as described below) into the Contest portion of the Promotion (a “Contest Entry”). The Essay should describe (a) the occupation your child (Nominee) wants to be when he/she grows up; and (b) tell us how you will use the $5,000 prize to help your child accomplish his/her goal(s). Contest Entries will be judged on the following criteria: (a) Creativity (30%); (b) What the Nominee wants to be when he/she grows up and why (30%); and (c) How Nominator would use the prize money towards giving Nominee a “Quaker Power Their Potential” prize (40%).
ELIGIBILITY. INSTANT-WIN GAME: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (US) or the District of Columbia (DC) who are 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older as of July 6, 2012. . PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)/ODDS OF WINNING. INSTANT-WIN GAME: Eighty Eight (88; 1 per Day) Instant-Win Prizes: Each Instant-Win Prize winner will receive a Nook Tablet TM, pre-loaded with a minimum of $22 worth of apps. ARV of each Instant-Win Prize: $221.
