Prize: (5 winners) A trip for four to Barbados for 5-days/4-nights. Each Grand Prize package includes: round trip coach class air transportation for winner and up to three guests from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest each winner’s residence to Barbados; four nights’ double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations (2 rooms), round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, hotel taxes and $500 spending money for winner only (awarded as a check). (Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize package: $7,620). Winner may elect to receive cash in lieu of the Grand Prize in the amount of $7,620, to be awarded in the form of a check. Cash election must be made at time of winner verification. Actual value may vary based on point of origination and airfare fluctuations, dates of departure and dates of travel. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded in any form. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not included in the prize description above (including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees, gratuities, souvenirs, rental car and/or additional ground transportation, meals, tips and insurance) will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary and must depart from and return to the same airport. Trip details are subject to availability and some travel restrictions and/or blackout dates and are at sole discretion of Sponsor. No prize transfer or substitution permitted by winner. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for securing all necessary travel prerequisites and/or documents, including passports and visas. Each prize winner and his/her guests may each be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover, among other things, incidentals and other expenses incurred that are not included as part of the prize. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor in August of 2009 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice at least 30 days before travel. By participating and accepting Grand Prize, each winner and his/her guests represent that they understand that travel, whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies, known or unknown. Each winner and his/her guests represent that they recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip.
