ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Participants must be between 18 and 75 years of age at the time of entry and must be the parent or legal guardian of a child who is between one (1) day old and forty-eight (48) months old.
PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS: (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize award recipient will receive a $50,000, 10-year term Gerber Life College Plan, which is an individual endowment insurance policy that matures ten (10) years from the date of issuance, issued by Gerber Life Insurance Company (the “Gerber Life College Plan”) and a $20,125 cash award which may be used for any purpose, including the payment of any taxes that may be associated with award acceptance. Gerber Life Insurance Company will pay the premium for the awarded Gerber Life College Plan. The award is subject to the terms and conditions of the Gerber Life College Plan. The award recipient will be the “Insured” under the Gerber Life College Plan, as defined in the policy. The award recipient will designate the Gerber Life College Plan’s Beneficiary, as defined in the policy. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize at maturity is: $70,125. If the award recipient elects to cash in the policy prior to maturation, the cash value will be less than the $50,000 value of the policy at maturation.
(50) FIRST PRIZES (One (1) awarded per Daily Entry Period): $500 awarded in the form of a check that can be used to enrich child’s life and an additional $150 which may be used toward payment of taxes associated with the award acceptance. ARV of First Prize: $650. Limit: One (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize per person.
