Four (4) potential Finalists for the Grand Prize will be randomly selected on 7/8/18 at approximately 1:00 PM CDT from among all eligible Web and Event Entries received. Grand Prize Finalists will be invited to attend the Grand Prize Event on the evening of 7/8/18, at a time/location [at the main 2018 ESSENCE Festival™ venue] to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, during which the four (4) Finalists will be eligible to participate in a Grand Prize Event which will randomly determine the Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among the Finalists.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE- 2019 Ford Mustang whose maximum ARV does not exceed $41,000 however, if model is selected with an ARV of less than $41,000, Winner will NOT receive the difference in prize value. The maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $41,000.
