Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive his/her choice of one (1) of the following packages for two (2) people to either of the following destination cities: (a) New York, New York or (b) Los Angeles, California. Each prize includes:
(i) round trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from/to a major airport closest to the winner’s residence to the destination city;
(ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room) in the destination city;
(iii) Dinner for two (2) at a top Yelp.com rated restaurant;
(iv) a group class for two (2) at a top Yelp.com rated fitness or yoga studio; and
(v) a treatment for two (2) at a top rated Yelp.com spa or salon.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,650. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and additional restrictions, and must be redeemed within three (3) months of the date of notification. If the winner chooses a location within one hundred (100) miles of his/her home, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation.
Weekly Prize (one (1) per Week): A total of twenty (20) Weekly Prize winners, one (1) per Week, will each receive one (1) REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Toothpaste, one (1) package of REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Stain Dissolving Strips, and one (1) $50 VISA gift card, subject to the applicable VISA gift card terms and conditions.
