PRIZE Four Grand Prize winners will each receive (1) a pair of Flexon Pivotal Force frames Approximate Retail Value of up to ($149) and (2) two tickets to a professional football game with an Approximate Retail Value of up to ($450) (ARV $599 total), or may choose a $450 gift card instead of football tickets.
The tickets are for a 2015 regular season game ONLY, excluding playoff games. Grand Prizes do not include transportation, transfers, hotel accommodations, taxes, or the like. Upon winning and signature of the Publicity Release, Grand Prize winners electing football tickets must notify VSP within (5) five days and provide (5) five games that the Grand Prize winner would like to attend. VSP will use reasonable efforts to secure such tickets. VSP reserves the right to choose which football game Grand Prize winner(s) is/are awarded. If available tickets exceed $450 ARV, or if a dispute arises between VSP and Grand Prize winner(s) in coordinating/scheduling tickets VSP will award a $450 gift card in lieu of tickets.
