(1) Grand Prize: a trip for two (winner and one guest) to the 2015 GRAMMY®
Awards on 2/8/15 in Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip”). Trip includes: two (2) tickets to
attend the 2015 GRAMMY® Awards; round trip, coach air transportation from a
major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (at Sponsor’s discretion) to Los Angeles, California; two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy),
round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel and $400 spending
allowance. Spending allowance will be awarded in the form of a check made
payable to the winner. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary on the
dates specified by Sponsor to coincide with the Awards show. If winner lives
within 120 miles of Los Angeles, CA, round-trip ground transportation will be
provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation for air travel will be
given in lieu thereof. If the guest of the winner is a minor, the winner must be the
minor’s parent or legal guardian. All travel arrangements are subject to
availability. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, no changes will be
permitted. Black-out dates and additional restrictions may apply. Approximate
Retail Value (“ARV”) of this prize is: $5,000.00. Actual Trip value will be
dependent on exact travel dates and point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
Any difference in value will not be awarded. Any expenses not mentioned herein
including but not limited to transportation to and from the GRAMMY® Awards,
meals, airline baggage fees, parking & incidental hotel and other expenses are
the sole responsibility of the winner. A minor must be accompanied by his/her
parent or legal guardian at all times.
Two (2) First Prizes: a prize package
consisting of: an LG 60” LED TV, a home theater sound system, an iPod Touch
with iHome station, a countertop Disco DJ light and a $1,000 Meijer gift card.
ARV: $4,000. Seven
(7) Second Prizes: a Michael Kors hand bag (up to $350),
one (1) pair of designer jeans (up to $200), a $100 SpaFinder gift card,
lunch/dinner for up to one (1) week provided by “Personal Chef To Go” awarded
in the form of a $175.00 Personal Chef To Go gift card, Godiva chocolates, an
Exercise CD, a Taylor Swift black and ivory music note bracelet, a music CD and
Degree Motionsense deodorant. ARV: $1,000. Gift card use is subject to the
terms and conditions set by the issuer. Odds of winning will be determined by the
number of eligible entries received. Limit: one (1) prize per
person/household/address. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Total ARV of
all Prizes: $20,000.
