Five “Grand Prizes”: The winner of each Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a prize consisting of a 70-inch Smart TV (up to $3,000) including delivery (in Sponsor’s sole selection), and $1,285 that winner can use for taxes or in his/her sole discretion. ARV of each entire prize is $4,285. Winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize by March 29, 2021, and the Prize Claim Documents must be completed and returned for receipt by April 5, 2021. Once verified as a winner, the prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents.
