Prizes. Grand Prize – One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000.
Runner Up Prizes – Five (5) Runner Up Prize winners will receive $500 each.
All Submissions will be reviewed and winners will be selected from all eligible story entries by a panel selected by Sponsor. Specifically, the winners will be chosen through a voting process conducted by NECCO at the conclusion of the Contest Period and the criteria will include originality, pertinence to theme of the contest, creativity and overall writing style. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or the Runner Up Prizes depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
