PRIZE:The Sponsor will award to the winner of the Sweepstakes, one (1) vacation package for eight (8) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort (the “Grand Prize Vacation Package”). The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive the following Grand Prize Vacation Package which consists of:
(i)Eight (8) round trip coach airfares between the major United States gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor) and Orlando International Airport; provided however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be provided.
(ii)Eight (8) round trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort; provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transfers will not be provided.
(iii) Room accommodations consisting of two (2) concierge/suite rooms (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive nights at a Disney Deluxe Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
(iv)Eight (8) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $22,598.12 USD.
Items that are not included as part of the Grand Prize Vacation Package(s) are
(i) Meals
(ii) Hotel room service
(iii) Laundry service
(iv) Alcoholic beverages
(v) Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
(vi) Local and long distance telephone calls
(vii) Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
(viii) Ground transportation between the winner’s residence and the departure airport
(vii) VIP viewing for six (6) persons for one (1) Disney parade or show selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
(ix)Travel insurance
(x) All other charges not otherwise described above
Grand Prize Vacation Package rules include, but are not limited to:
(i) Vacation must be taken between July 1, 2016 and December 20, 2016
(ii) Departure dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply
(iii) Vacation is for the winner of the Sweepstakes and seven (7) guests of the winner’s choosing.
(iv) Vacation and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Vacation is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
