The VSP EnVision Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on April 11, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 8, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). All Entries, as defined below, must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 8, 2017. Receipt of Entries will not be confirmed. The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an Instant Win (the “Instant Win”). This Promotion is sponsored by Vision Service Plan, Inc. Instant Win:
Exactly ten (10) Instant Win Prizes (each an “Instant Win Prize”) will be awarded during the Promotion Period. There will be a total of 10 random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If your Instant Win Game play, as described above, is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, you will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize designated to that time. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the time your Entry is received and the total number of eligible Entries received.
Sweepstakes:
Exactly one Sweepstakes Grand Prize (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”) will be awarded during the Promotion. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), determined by random drawing of all Sweepstakes Entries, which will be conducted by Administrator on or about May 10, 2017 (“Grand Prize Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Exactly ten (10) Instant Prize Winners (each an “Instant Prize Winner”) will receive an Instant Win Prize, consisting of one (1) $25 Bed, Bath & Beyond Gift Cards.
