Prize: THREE (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The winner will receive a trip for him/her and one (1) guest (21 or over) to the 2014 Napa Valley Film Festival, November 12 – 16, 2014. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach air travel for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s residence (airports of Sponsor’s sole choosing),
• accommodations for five (5) nights at the Westin Verasa Napa Hotel (double occupancy),
• transportation between San Francisco area airport and hotel,
• two (2) VIP Patron Passes to the Napa Valley Film Festival,
• lunch at a Napa Valley restaurant of Sponsor’s sole choosing, and
• VIP Experience at Sterling Vineyards (includes aerial tram ride and VIP escorted tour).
Approximate retail value of the trip is $7,000 each. Trip must be taken so as to attend the 2014 Napa Valley Film Festival; if winner is unavailable to travel on such dates for any reason, Grand Prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion (time permitting). If Grand Prize Winner’s residence is within reasonable driving distance of Napa Valley, CA (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner will receive ground transportation instead of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $21,000.
