First, capture an original photo of that depicts how your pet is a key member of your family’s or friends’ Halloween celebrations. Each photo must contain a pet in one of the three categories Dog, Cat, or Small Pet. For the Small Pet category, pictured pet must be a bird, small animal (hamster, guinea pig, chinchilla, ferret, rabbit, rat , mouse), frog, or reptile (anole, bearded dragon, chameleon, gecko, lizard, snake ball python, sand boa, corn snake, king snake, milk snake, garter snake, turtle, tortoise, water dragon).
Second, visit the “Monster Cute Photo Contest” application found at http://monstercute.pet
Contest Judging and Finalist Selection. During the Judging Period, a panel of qualified judges comprised of representatives of the Contest Entities at Sponsor’s sole discretion (together, the “Judges”) will evaluate and score all eligible entries submitted during the Judging Period on the Contest Application to help select the top five (5) Photos from each Category (“Finalist Photos”) based on the Judging Criteria (defined below). The 15 Finalist Photos will move on to the Public Voting.
Public Voting. The Public Voting period will begin on 12:00:00 a.m. ET November 3, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. November 7, 2014. Throughout the Public Voting periods, the public will have the opportunity to vote by accessing the Promotion Application, and following the voting instructions. Anyone can view all Photos but you must be registered in order to cast a vote. Further, you do not have to submit a Photo in order to vote. Limit — throughout the Public Voting periods, each public voter may vote once per day, per category. The use of robotic or automatic devices for voting is prohibited. Votes generated by script, macro, additional emails addresses/registrations per same person, or other automated means, or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process will be void and Sponsor reserves the right to nullify all such votes and to disqualify from voting the responsible individual. At the end of the Public Voting, the Category Finalists receiving the most votes in each of the three Categories will be selected as the Potential Grand Prize Winners.
Judging Criteria: Eligible Photos will be scored by the Judges and should be voted by the public voters, according to the following “Judging Criteria”:
Extent to which entry delivers the message of the pet being a key member of the family’s Halloween celebration: 40 points
Creativity and originality: 30 points
Visual Appeal/Quality of the Photo; 30 points
Is the photo clear and in-focus?
Does the photo pop?
Is the photo eye-catching?
(Judges will allocate points for each Judging Criteria to each eligible Photo, up to the maximum number of allowable points for each Judging Criteria, as follows: 40 points to (A), 30 points to (B), and 30 points to (C).)
Contest Prizes. All prize values are in U.S. dollars. In the event a winner of a gift card resides within Canada, said Gift Card may be provided in Canadian Dollars (if possible), according to the exchange rate from the USD prize value at the time the prize is awarded, as determined by the Sponsor. Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each a $1,000 American Express gift card:

Sweepstakes Daily Periods. The entry period for the Sweepstakes consists of the following four (4) Daily Sweepstakes Drawing Periods (each, a “Daily Period”):

How to Enter the Sweepstakes. All users who place a Vote during each of the Daily Voting Periods are automatically entered. Entries are not transferred from one Daily Period to any subsequent Daily Period.
Sweepstakes Prizes. Four (4) daily sweepstakes prize winner (one for each Daily Period) will each receive one $75 USD American Express Gift Card. All standard gift card terms and conditions, printed on gift card apply. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Daily Prize is $75 USD.
