PRIZES/ODDS: There is one (1) First Prize available, and there are ten (10) Second Prizes available. The First Prize consists of a $10,000 Gilt Credit. The Second Prizes each consist of a $500 Gilt Credit. Credit is subject to the terms and conditions associated therewith and imposed by issuer. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the First Prize is $10,000. The ARV for the Second Prizes are $500 each. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Applicable portions of prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States. The total ARV of all prizes is $15,000.
