Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an NBA State Farm Saturday Night Package that consists of:
• Round-trip coach class air or ground transportation, to be taken together, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from an airport or location of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to New Orleans, LA (“Destination City”)
• Two (2) tickets to attend the NBA State Farm All Star Saturday Night (“Event”) on February 18, 2017
• Round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together between Destination City airport and hotel
• Round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together between hotel and Event
• Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (at a hotel selected by Sponsor) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy
• $250.00 spending money for Grand Prize Winner only issued in the form of a Gift Card
• Additional award of $1,089.00 issued in the form of a check issued in the Grand Prize Winner’s name which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Grand Prize
Ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation should Grand Prize winner’s residential address be within approximately 100 miles driving distance of Event address.
