Complete the entry form on Serta’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/sertamattress) and submit a photo of your pet getting comfortable.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, but each entry must feature a different photo. An individual can only win once, if chosen.
PRIZES AND THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES. Four (4) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive their choice of Serta pet bed model. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the First Prize is $289.99. ARV of all prizes is $1,159.96.
Potential First Prize winners will be selected on October 11, 2016; October 18, 2016; October 25, 2016; November 2, 2016 from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on the calendar day prior to the drawing. (For purposes of these Official Rules, a calendar day ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT.) Non-winning eligible entries will be included in subsequent drawings (if any).
