Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two people (winner and one guest) to NFL Super Bowl XLVI scheduled to occur on February 5, 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana plus, admission for two to the 2012 Madden Bowl/party scheduled for February 2, 2012 (winner and guest must both be 21 to be admitted to the 2012 Madden Bowl/party). The Grand Prize trip includes: round trip coach air transportation for two persons (winner and a guest) from an airport near winner’s home (carrier and airport to be determined by Sponsor) to an airport in the Indianapolis area; one hotel room (double occupancy) for 5-nights in Indianapolis; ground transportation to and from an airport in the Indianapolis area and to events; tickets for two to the NFL Super Bowl XLVI scheduled to take place on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana; admission for two to the 2012 Madden Bowl and Madden Bowl party on February 2, 2012 (winner and guest must be 21 years old in order to attend the Madden Bowl party, if winner and guest are not both 21 years of age by February 2, 2012, this portion of the prize will be forfeited); two commemorative gift bags; and $500 in spending money. If winner resides within 100 miles of the event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize up to $11,860, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and whether or not winner and guest attend the 2012 Madden Bowl/party. Winner may also elect to receive a cash alternative in lieu of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize cash alternative shall consist of $10,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize cash alternative: $10,000. In no way can the Grand Prize Super Bowl trip and the Grand Prize cash alternative be combined. All travel must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor, with an anticipated departure date of February 1, 2012 and an anticipated return date of February 6, 2012. No alternate travel dates are available. Winners’ travel guest must be 18 years of age or older at the time trip is taken in order to accompany winner on trip. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary.
