GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of: the home located in American Fork, UT (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $450,000; and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer or check that may be used by the Grand Prize winner to help defray the tax responsibilities associated with prize receipt). Actual value of home depends on market fluctuations and appraisal after home is completed. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not wish to accept the home located in American Fork, UT they will have the option of selecting a cash alternative of $250,000 in lieu of the home prize and also receive Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer or check that may be used by the Grand Prize winner to help defray the tax responsibilities associated with prize receipt). The maximum total ARV of the Grand Prize is $500,000.
