HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Via billboard photo post on Twitter/Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, you, as entrant (hereafter, “you” or “Entrant”) may enter via Twitter or Instagram by visiting one of the Billboard Locations (“Locations”) (see Location chart below) when Sponsor’s Sweepstakes visual will appear, and taking a photo at the exact moment when an animated chocolate chip cookie (“Cookie”) falls within the video frame. Entrants must post the photo of the Cookie to their Twitter or Instagram feed with the hashtag #DoubleTreeSweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into that corresponding Entry Period’s drawing (the “Billboard Entry”). If you enter via Twitter, you must have your account set to “public” for the duration of the Sweepstakes for the Billboard Entry to be eligible. If you do not have a Twitter account and you would like to create one for free, visit www.Twitter.com. Videos, photos and comments or captions uploaded on Twitter must be done so in accordance with the Twitter Terms of Use found at https://twitter.com/tos. All terms and conditions of Twitter apply. You must have an Instagram account to enter via Instagram and have your account privacy settings set to “Off” for the duration of the Sweepstakes for the Billboard Entry to be eligible. If you do not have an Instagram account, visit www.Instagram.com to download the app for free to your mobile device. If you enter via Instagram, your Billboard Entry must be uploaded in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/). Billboard Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 1, 2017, to be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Via comment on Facebook/Twitter: At the start of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will post a call to action which will contain a scrolling animation (“Post”) on the DoubleTree by Hilton Facebook Page and on Twitter @doubletree. Entrant must view the Post, count the number of hidden cookies and comment on (answer) the respective Post with the total number of cookies he/she spots, and include the hashtag #DoubleTreeSweepstakes, to receive one (1) entry into that corresponding Entry Period’s drawing (collectively, the “Post Entry”). Comment (answer) for the number of cookies does not need to be correct in order to receive a Post Entry. Post Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 1, 2017 to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”). Twenty (20) Grand PrizesEach Winner will receive a certificate for one (1) night at a DoubleTree Hotel (one room, double-occupancy) in the location of the Winner’s choice for the Winner and one (1) guest. The ARV is $215/each.
