GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of a Tory Burch handbag, wallet, and watch, and a $500 American Express gift card. Total ARV of Grand Prize is one thousand five hundred dollars (ARV $1,500.00).
Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and the Administrator will issue an IRS 1099 form for the Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize for the year in which such prize was awarded and the winner will be required to sign (i) a W-9 form and (ii) an affidavit of eligibility and (iii) publicity and liability releases.
FIRST PRIZE: There will be one (1) first prize awarded (“First Prize”) to one (1) entrant (“First Prize Winner”) consisting of a Bobbi Brown makeup set and a makeup mirror. Total ARV of First Prize is four hundred fifty dollars (ARV $450.00).
