The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older) on the date of entry and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the following Tribune television viewing markets (the “Eligible Tribune Markets”): New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, Dallas, TX, Washington D.C., Houston, TX, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, Indianapolis, IN, San Diego, CA, Hartford, CT, Grand Rapids, MI, Harrisburg, PA, and New Orleans, LA (“Entrant”).
You may enter the Sweepstakes only one (1) time per day during the Entry Period. In order to enter:
A. Entrants may watch “Two and a Half Men” (the “Show”) in the Eligible Tribune Markets (each of which shall be defined as an “Affiliate”) weekdays starting October 1, 2012, through and until October 12, 2012 (check your local listing for time of broadcast) (the “Contest Period”). Each episode of the Show during the Contest Period will contain an on-screen keyword (“Keyword”). Viewers will be directed to log on to their applicable Affiliate’s Facebook page or website (collectively, the “Website”) for a chance to win a Daily Prize and be entered to win a Weekly Prize and/or the Grand Prize.
B. Go to the Sweepstakes entry page on the Web Site (“Entry Page”) and provide the following information:
• Entrant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, birth date and daytime telephone number (“Personal Information”).
• Enter the Keyword related to the Show. If any entry includes an incorrect Keyword that entry will be disqualified.
• Check the box on the Entry Page acknowledging that Entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in such Entrant’s state (whichever is older) and resides in one of the Eligible Tribune Markets.
• Check the box on the Entry Page acknowledging that Entrant has read and accepts this Sweepstakes Official Rules.
Each of the One Hundred and Seventy (170) Daily Prize winners will receive the following:
One (1) copy of the EA SPORTS™ videogame for Xbox 360, one (1) “Two and a Half Men”-branded football jersey, plus additional merchandise to be provided at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Daily Prize: $150.00
Each of the Thirty-Four (34) Weekly Prize winners will receive the following:
One (1) Xbox 360 videogame console, one (1) bundle of three (3) EA SPORTS videogames, one (1) “Two and a Half Men”-branded football jersey, plus additional merchandise to be provided at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities
ARV of each Weekly Prize: $500.00
The Grand Prize winner will receive the following:
A trip for two (2) to New Orleans, LA (includes two (2) roundtrip coach airfare tickets on an airline selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, two (2) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations in New Orleans at a Sponsor selected hotel, and ground transportation to/from New Orleans Airport (at Sponsor’s sole discretion)), admission for two (2) to a Sponsor-designated event or Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) cash, one (1) Xbox 360 videogame console, one (1) bundle of three (3) EA SPORTS videogames, one (1) “Two and a Half Men”-branded football jersey, plus additional merchandise to be provided at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. Departure flight must leave from a major airport nearest the Prize winner’s city of residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
