PRIZING: The Sweepstakes will award the following prize:
“Grand Prize”: One (1) winner (a “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for him/herself
and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package
includes (i) round trip domestic coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the
airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or around Los Angeles,
CA; (ii) accommodations for 2 nights/3 days (standard room, double occupancy) for Grand
Prize Winner and Guest; (iii) ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel for the
