PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner and five (5) first prizes (“First Prizes,” each a “First Prize”) awarded to the First Prize Winners; one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner.
GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize will consist of the following: one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend the Team USA Olympic Winter Wonderland in Lake Placid, NY (“Trip”).
Trip will include: round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport in the United States nearest Winner’s residence to the nearest designated major airport servicing the Albany, NY area (“Airport”); three (3) nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in a standard, double occupancy room at Mirror Lake Inn (or another hotel in the Lake Placid, NY metro to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Hotel”); non-exclusive ground transfers to/from Airport and Hotel; two (2) 2-day ski pass with ski rentals for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; and, one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) stipend for Grand Prize Winner (no additional travel stipend is available for Guest). Grand Prize may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. No alcoholic beverage is part of Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest must have major credit card for check-in (subject to terms and conditions of Hotel). If Grand Prize Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the Hotel on-site. Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of February 12, 2018. Grand Prize does not include accommodations OR TRANSPORTATION beyond that specified above.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is nine thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($9,250).
FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) NBC merchandise prize pack (merchandise to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). First Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. FIRST PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION OR ACCOMMODATIONS.
ERV of each First Prize is eighty dollars ($80). ERV of all First Prizes is four hundred dollars ($400).
Grand Prize and First Prizes will collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes.”
The total ERV of all Prizes awarded is nine thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($9,650)
