For the selected Concert Event, the Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) two (2) concert tickets, for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest,", with seats located in the best 25% of the venue (i.e., closest to the stage and/or best vantage point); (ii) access to a pre-concert "meet and greet" with the band members; (iii) round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest between a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and a major airport in or near the concert venue; (iv) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax); (v) $500 spending money for the Grand Prize Winner; (vi) one (1) $100 JCPenney gift card (a "Gift Card" and (vii) transfers to and from the airport and hotel. Total approximate retail value ("ARV": $3500.
Option "B": Enjoy an American Living shopping spree at the JCPenney store in Manhattan, NY (the "Store". The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest between a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and a major airport in the New York City metropolitan area; (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax); (iII) one (1) $500 Gift Card; (iv) a personal "shopping assistant" who will accompany the Grand Prize Winner and Guest through the Store and provide shopping assistance; (v) $250 spending money for the Grand Prize Winner; (vi) transfers to and from the airport and hotel and the hotel and the Store. Total ARV: $3500.
WEEKLY PRIZES: Each Weekly Winner will receive a prize (each, a "Weekly Prize," and, together with the Grand Prize, the "Prizes" consisting of his or her choice of one (1) of the following packages:
Option "A": Attend your choice of one of any remaining Rascal Flatts American Living Concerts on the Tour from the date you are notified as a winner through March 10, 2010. Each Weekly Winner will receive: (i) two (2) tickets, for the Weekly Winner and one (1) Guest, with seats located in the best 25% of the venue (i.e., closest to the stage and/or best vantage point); (ii) access to a pre-concert "meet and greet" with the band members; and (iii) one (1) $100 Gift Card. TRAVEL NOT INCLUDED. THE WEEKLY WINNER AND GUEST MUST PAY ALL TRAVEL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEEKLY PRIZE. Total ARV: $300.
Option "B": Receive a prize package consisting of a $100 Gift Card and various Rascal Flatts merchandise, including autographed items, t-shirts, and CDs. Total ARV: $300.
