PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip of winner’s
choice, within the United States, for winner and up to three (3) of winner’s guests not to exceed $5,000.00.
Winner will work with Sponsor’s designated travel agency to create their trip which may include round-trip coach air transportation for winner and his/her guest(s) (from a major airport nearest winner’s home); ground transportation; double-occupancy hotel accommodations for an agreed-upon number of nights (to stay within the $5,000.00 budget); and/or activities while on trip. Desired trip may not exceed $5,000.00. If
winner designs a trip for less than $5,000.00 (in transportation, hotel, and/or activities) he/she may take the remaining amount in cash (to equal the $5,000.00 budget). Trip must be taken by February 28, 2019.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $5,000.00 in lieu of the above-stated trip prize. Any cash prize (or portion of prize) will be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner
FIRST PRIZES (400): Four hundred (400) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) $25.00 prepaid card (subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer) awarded via email. ARV of each First Prize: $25.00.
Total ARV of all prizes is $15,000.00.
