Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be the winner’s choice between $10,000 awarded in the form of a check made out to the winner, or a trip for four (4) to San Francisco, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; seven (7) days and six (6) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; four (4) tickets to a Gourmet Walks San Francisco Gourmet Chocolate Tour; and $1,500 spending money. Winner must complete the trip by December 31, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if tour is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $10,000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. The odds of this Creative Presentation being selected depend on the total number of Creative Presentations. If this Creative Presentation is selected, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through this Creative Presentation.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Grand Hotel package. Package includes three (3) days and two (2) nights stay for two (2) (single room, double occupancy) at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, MI; dinner for two (2) at the Grand Hotel on the arrival date; and breakfast for two (2) at the Grand Hotel on the departure date. Accommodations are subject to availability. Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $1,274.40.
TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: Verizon Wireless LG 8500 Chocolate cell phone. ARV: $220. The ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.

THIRTY (30) SIXTH PRIZES: Sanders and Morley gift basket. Basket includes a variety of different Morley candy and Sanders goods. ARV: $35.
TWENTY (20) SEVENTH PRIZES: Moonstruck Chocolate Co. gift card. ARV: $20.
TEN (10) EIGHTH PRIZES: Tyler Florence’s “Eat This” book. ARV: $16.25. TWENTY (20) NINTH PRIZES: Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory gift card. ARV: $10.
FIFTY (50) TENTH PRIZES: Big Boy gift card to be used toward a chocolate dessert. ARV: $5.
TEN (10) ELEVENTH PRIZES: Men’s XL Food Network Chocolate Brown t-shirt. ARV: $9.39. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number eligible Instant Win Game plays received during the Promotion Period.
