8. Prizes
ONE (1) AQUAFINA PRIZE WINNER: The Aquafina Prize winner will receive a six (6) consecutive night rental accommodations at a property determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor in the vicinity of the New Jersey shore (“Beach House”), a $500 delivery of groceries from ShopRite from Home, $500 in ShopRite Gift Cards, and $1,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check) to purchase transportation and/or pay for personal expenses at sole discretion of winner. Groceries will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Aquafina Prize is $15,500.00. Beach House accommodation dates must occur between May 1, 2018 and September 16, 2018 and Aquafina Prize winner must confirm dates with Sponsor by November 15, 2017, or Aquafina Prize may be forfeited. Aquafina Prize does not include transportation or other incidental costs, including but not limited to, air transportation, ground transportation, meals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, security fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, taxes or other expenses. A valid credit or debit card will be required on check in. Actual value may vary. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Aquafina Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded.
FORTY FIVE (45) WEEKLY PRIZE WINNERS: Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive $100.00 in ShopRite Gift Cards.
No cash equivalent for the prizes, prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $20,000.00.
