PRIZE: One (1) vacation package (“Prize”) will be awarded including:
(i) Four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closer to winner’s residence (as determined by the Provider of Prizes) and the Orlando International Airport provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, airfare will not be provided;
(ii) Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room(s) (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) night(s) at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion; based on availability;
(iii) Four (4) 3-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option;
(iv) One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $300.00; subject to restrictions;
(v) Four (4) Premium Packages to the Food & Wine Festival; provided travel is taken during applicable 2015 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival dates ending November 16, 2015.
Restrictions on Premium Package: Admission to Epcot® required and not included in the price of the package. Credentials must be worn to experience all components of the package. Credential identification is non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The package allows access to the Premium Package areas for one week of your choosing – each day, Monday through Thursday – from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. These locations have limited seating. Culinary and Beverage seminars are located at the Festival Center in Future World East. Times for the Beverage seminars are scheduled for 2PM and Culinary seminars are scheduled for 5PM. Package components are subject to change or cancellation. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. A valid form of government identification will be required to verify age.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the vacation package is $4,892.00 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Trip must be fully executed no later than September 30, 2016, or the Prize will be forfeited.
