By submitting the registration form and selecting your health goal and corresponding habits (“Complete Registration”), you automatically will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. For the next twenty-nine (29) consecutive days, you may log into the Website to receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: You may enter the Grand Prize drawing one (1) time per day during the thirty (30) day period starting on and including the date of your Complete Registration to receive up to thirty (30) entries during the Promotion Period.
b. Challenge Phase: If and only if you have submitted a Complete Registration during the Registration Phase, you can participate in the Challenge Phase: After registering, you will have thirty (30) consecutive days (your “Challenge Period”) to participate in your Health Challenge, after which, you will be unable to participate for the remainder of the Promotion Period. By participating in a “Take the Challenge” challenge through the Challenge tab, you automatically will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Challenge Phase drawing.
