Newman’s Own Greens for Good recipe Contest

original salad recipe that includes Newman’s Own® salad dressing as an ingredient (“recipe”) including recipe name (max sixty-five (65) characters), list of ingredients, exact measurements and preparation instructions. In addition, nominate a not for profit, 501(c)(3) recognized charitable organization by providing the organization’s name and selecting one (1) of the four (4) focus areas (Encouraging Philanthropy, Children with Life Limiting Conditions, Empowerment and Nutrition) that best represents the organization (nominations must adhere to Newman’s Own® organization guidelines available athttp://www.newmansown.com/fundingguidelines and incorporated herein by reference) along with a description of why the organization is important to you (max two hundred and fifty (250) characters) (the official entry form, recipe and nomination shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Entry”).

Limit five (5) unique Entries per person and per e-mail address for the duration of the Entry Period.

Judging: All eligible Entries received will be judged by qualified judges selected by Sponsor as described below. There will be three (3) tiers of judging:
First Tier: All eligible Entries received during the Entry Period will be judged based on the following criteria:
1) Creativity/innovation of recipe (60%)
2) Inspiration for selection of charitable organization (40%)
The one hundred (100) Entries with the highest scores from the First Tier, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed “Semi-finalists”, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 

Each Entry will then be judged by a panel of qualified judges on the following criteria to determine the First Prize winners and the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules:
1) Taste (30%)
2) Creativity/Innovation of recipe (30%)
3) Inspiration for selection of charitable organization (30%)

. Limit one (1) vote per person per day for the duration of the Voting Period. 

Grand Prize (1): A Newman’s Own® gift basket (basket contents to be determined by Sponsor) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $100.00) and the opportunity for your nominated charitable organization to receive a $35,000.00 donation from Sponsor (charitable organization subject to approval by Sponsor). First Prizes (4): A Newman’s Own® gift basket (basket contents to be determined by Sponsor) (ERV $50.00) and the opportunity for your nominated charitable organization to receive a $1,000.00 donation from Sponsor (charitable organization subject to approval by Sponsor).Total ERV of all prizes combined is $300.00).
