Grand Prize: (1 winner) two (2) roundtrip coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to Wakiki, Hawaii area airport on CheapTickets’ choice of airlines; one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for five (5) nights in at The Hyatt Wakiki. The approximate retail value of the prize is: $3700 depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination; winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure; ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included; Trip must be booked 14 days in advance of travel and completed by 12/31/2008. May be subject to certain restrictions. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel. CheapTickets’ choice of airlines may necessitate connecting flights. Airline Ticket booking is subject to availability. No code-share flights or upgrades allowed. A Saturday night stay may be required and other restrictions may apply. Black out dates do apply and include but are not limited to the Thursday before Easter through the Sunday following Easter 2008, the Sunday before Thanksgiving through the Sunday following Thanksgiving 2008 and December 18, 2008 through January 5, 2009. Airline Tickets must be booked with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days’ advance purchase and must comply with all Booking Guidelines. Once Airline Tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable and shall not be sold, endorsed, exchanged, transferred or in any other manner modified by Company, the individuals to whom such Airline Tickets are issued or by anyone on behalf of the individuals to whom issued. Once Airline Tickets are issued, itineraries cannot be changed. Individual passengers shall be responsible for all payments of excess baggage charges, upgrades, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of Airline Tickets.
