During the Submission Phase, visit rivaltownrundowns.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including your valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) essay that nominates someone you want to have win, or explains why you should be chosen to win a trip to key MLB rivalry games (“Submission”). All third-party nominees must meet all eligibility requirements for the Contest, agree to the terms of the Official Rules*, be someone the person submitting the applicable Submission knows personally, and have granted the person submitting the applicable Submission permission to submit such Submission. You must also upload one (1) video and/or one (1) photo that supports your essay. Photos and videos will not be used to select a winner during the Judging Phase but each photo and video must conform to the guidelines, permissions, and content restrictions below. Your Submission need not include any reference, positive or negative, to Sponsor’s or any MLB Entity’s products or services. By uploading your Submission and photo/video, you agree that it conforms to the guidelines, permissions, and content restrictions below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you if it believes that it fails to conform.
Winner Determination: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the one (1) highest-scoring Submission (the “Grand Prize Submission”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
Creativity (25%);
Persuasiveness (50%); and
Fit to Contest Theme (25%)
