One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Glendale, Arizona to attend Super Bowl XLIX on February 1, 2015. Grand Prize includes: 
• Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand prize winner and one (1) guest to Phoenix, Arizona from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; 
• three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy rooms, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); 
• two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and guest to attend the NFL Honors on January 31, 2015 (details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); 
• two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and guest to attend the Super Bowl XLIX (seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); 
• $500 spending cash to the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a bank gift card, intended to be used for meals and ground transportation; 
• one (1) Microsoft Device Prize Package (prize details, make, model, features and all other aspects are determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); 
• one (1) Xbox One Madden NFL 15 Bundle (prize details, make, model, features and all other aspects are determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and 
• one (1) Exclusive NFL Experience for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). ARV of the Grand Prize: $8,779.97 

Four (4) Quarter Prizes (one (1) Quarter Prize per Quarter): A trip for the Quarter Prize winner and one (1) guest to Glendale, Arizona to attend the 2015 Pro Bowl on January 25, 2015. Each Quarter Prize includes: 
• Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Quarter prize winner and one (1) guest to Phoenix, Arizona from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; 
• three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy rooms, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); 
• two (2) tickets for the Quarter Prize winner and guest to attend the 2015 Pro Bowl (seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); 
• $500 spending cash to the Quarter Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a bank gift card, intended to be used for meals and ground transportation; 
• one (1) Xbox One Madden NFL 15 Bundle (prize details, make, model, features and all other aspects are determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); 
• one (1) Exclusive NFL Experience for the Quarter Prize winner and one (1) guest (details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and 
• passes to the Legends Meet & Greet on Saturday, January 24, 2015 for the Quarter Prize winner and one (1) guest (details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).
ARV of each Quarter Prize: $4,609.99 

If the Grand Prize winner and Quarter Prize winner resides within 300 miles of the travel destination, alternate arrangements to travel by ground transport or auto may be made by the Sponsor and the Grand Prize winner and Quarter Prize winners and the value of prize adjusted accordingly. The Grand and Quarter Prize trips must be completed on the dates specified by the Sponsor/GMR, or the Grand and Quarter Prize winners shall forfeit the Grand and Quarter Prize in its entirety. 

ARV of all Prizes combined is $27,219.93. 
Sweepstakes consists of four (4) separate quarters (each, a “Quarter”) as follows:

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter during Quarter #1 – either via online, Twitter, or Xbox Tailgaming Events. There are four (4) ways to enter during Quarter #2, Quarter #3, and Quarter #4 – either via online, Twitter, participating Microsoft Stores, or Xbox Tailgaming Events:

a) To enter the Sweepstakes during Quarter #1 – Quarter #4 online you must visit www.LegendsOfFantasySweeps.com; click the designated area to complete the Official Online Entry Form with your first and last name, e-mail address, and daytime phone number, verify eligibility, and accept the Official Rules and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and click “Submit” during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you have completed this process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

b) To enter the Sweepstakes during Quarter #1 – Quarter #4 via Twitter (1) Create or use your existing account on www.twitter.com (“Twitter”); (2) follow the Xbox Twitter handle at www.twitter.com/xbox; and (3) tweet with #XboxNFLSweeps hashtag to @Xbox. Tweets may not exceed 140 characters. Tweet must be made by the authorized Twitter account holder at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to a Twitter address. If your Twitter account is private, your Tweet will NOT be eligible. Please Note: You must have a valid Twitter account and agree to Twitter Terms of Use and the Twitter Privacy Policy in order to be eligible to enter via Twitter. Registration on Twitter must be completed before an entry may be submitted. Twitter membership if free. Once you have completed this entry process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

c) To enter the Sweepstakes during Quarter #2 – Quarter #4 via Microsoft Store you must visit a participating Microsoft Store or www.microsoftstore.com and make a qualifying purchase of either one (1) Xbox One console or one (1) Surface (both with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $399 or more) to receive a collateral card with a unique promotion code (if purchase was made in a participating Microsoft Store) or a unique promotion code on your confirmation e-mail receipt (if purchase was made on www.microsoftstore.com). Once you have received a unique promotion code, visit the Website; click the designated area to enter your unique promotion code and complete the Official Online Entry Form with your first and last name, e-mail address, and daytime phone number, verify eligibility, and accept the Official Rules and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and click “Submit” during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you have completed this process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, regardless method of entry. 

d) To enter the Sweepstakes during Quarter #1 – Quarter #4 via Xbox Tailgaming Events, you must visit a participating Xbox Tailgaming Event and via the tablet provided, complete the Official Online Entry Form with your first and last name, e-mail address, and daytime phone number, verify eligibility, and accept the Official Rules and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and click “Submit” during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you have completed this process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

Entry Limit: Quarter #1: During Quarter #1 there is a limit of three (3) entries per person/authorized Twitter account and e-mail account holder per Quarter, regardless of method of entry. For clarification entrants in Quarter #1 can enter three (3) times using any one (1) method, or a combination of methods.
