Entrants may enter during the Promotion Period via Twitter as follows:
(i) Follow @Kohl’s on Twitter by following @Kohls
(ii) Post a “Tweet” of one hundred forty (140) characters or less that answers one (1) of the Sweepstakes Period’s trivia questions and includes the hashtag “#DescendantsAtKohlsSweepstakes”. Hashtag is not case-sensitive.
Do NOT include a photo and/or any other comment other than the answer to a Sweepstakes Period trivia question and required hashtag as part of your Tweet. Do NOT include personal information (e.g., your name, e-mail address or phone numbers) in the Tweet. Tweets containing content other than a relevant answer to a Sweepstakes Period trivia question and required hashtag will be disqualified. Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., answering the question but not including the required hashtag, or including the hashtag but not an answer to the question) will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Tweet must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. Re-Tweets (as well as direct messages) will not be accepted. You may only use one (1) Twitter account to participate in the Sweepstakes, regardless of how many Sweepstakes Period drawings you wish to enter.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IF A PERSON POSTS MULTIPLE TWEETS WITH ANSWERS TO A SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD TRIVIA QUESTION, ONLY THE FIRST TWEET WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR POSSIBLE ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. (AND, IF THE FIRST TWEET DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED HASHTAG, THE PERSON SUBMITTING SAME WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ENTRY IN THAT SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD DRAWING.) IN ADDITION, SHOULD SPONSOR TWEET MORE THAN ONE (1) TRIVIA QUESTION DURING A GIVEN SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND A PERSON POSTS ANSWERS TO MORE THAN ONE (1) TRIVIA QUESTION, SUCH PERSON MAY ONLY RECEIVE A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES FOR THAT SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

Potential prize winners will be selected via a series of random drawings, with one drawing for each Sweepstakes Period. Each Sweepstakes Period drawing will occur on or about the business day immediately following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received during that Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the answer to a Sweepstakes Period’s trivia question does NOT have to be correct for the entry containing such answer to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Period’s drawing.
