Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and one (1) guest (who must be at least 21 years of age) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s U.S. residence (as determined by Sponsor) for winner and guest to destination city, one room standard double occupancy hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for 3 nights/4 days, $1000 awarded in the form of a check to winner, and tickets to one or more activities, (for example, a show) as solely determined by Sponsor and subject to availability, and round trip transportation to and from airport in Las Vegas. If the winner elects to travel from 2/24/09 through 2/27/09 tickets to the Nightclub & Bar trade show may also be available. Approximate Retail Value $3500. Actual value will depend on final itinerary, and any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be booked at least 45 days prior to travel, and trip must be completed by 12/31/09, or prize may be forfeited. Once travel is booked it cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor which may be denied for any reason whatsoever. Travel/accommodations and transportation are subject to availability, change, restrictions and are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Black-out dates may apply. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If prize winner cannot accept prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and must comply with all security requirements. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events related to the Prize.
