Entry Method #2: Send an e-mail to socialgiveaways@zappos.com with your full name, phone number and mailing address with the subject line “Teva Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival Sweepstakes”.
Entrants may enter once per entry pool period, regardless of method of entry, for a total of up to three (3) entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Winners will be selected by Zappos at a commercially reasonable time after the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to Manchester, Tennessee to attend the festival, scheduled to take place from June 11, 2015 to June 14, 2015 including:
(1) a four (4) night Glamping tent set-up in the VIP area of the festival for the Winner and one (1) guest (one (1) Glamping tent set-up based on double occupancy);
(2) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest to Nashville, Tennessee from a major commercial airport (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) near the Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion);
(3) two (2) VIP tickets to the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival; and
(4) two (2) Teva Originals JammyPacks.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00.
Sponsor will also award three (3) First Prizes, each consisting of one (1) adult sized pair of shoes from the Teva Originals line. Winners may choose colors and adult sizes but items must be selected from in-stock items from the Teva Originals line on Zappos.com. ARV of all the First Prizes is between $135.00 and $225.00 depending on the item chosen.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is between $5,135.00 and $5,225.00 depending on the items selected. Limit of one (1) prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
