Prize: On or about November 2, 2015 a potential winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. One (1) grand prize vacation package will be awarded to one (1) winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The grand prize vacation package (“Grand Prize”) consists of a 4-Day/3-Night package for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California (the “Resort”) consisting of: up to four (4) round trip coach class tickets on Southwest Airlines between the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence serviced by Southwest Airlines (“departure airport”) and a Southern California area airport serviced by Southwest Airlines (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) [with possible layovers]; up to four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Southern California area airport and the Resort (provided, however, if the winner does not travel by Southwest Airlines to the Resort or resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Resort, ground transfers will not be provided to the winner); three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodations in a Signature Suite or standard suite (subject to availability) at a Resort hotel or Resort area hotel (quad occupancy) as determined by Disney Destinations, LLC (“Prize Provider”); up to four (4) 4-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (“Theme Park Tickets”) good for admission to Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park (subject to restrictions); and one (1) Disney gift Basket (as determined by Prize Provider). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize including airfare is Ten Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars ($10,528.00).
