Users are encouraged to take photos of themselves with a Whenever Bar and share each image using #WheneverWherever (each “Photo Submission”), either on Instagram or via email to newsletter@pamelasproducts.com.
Photo Submissions must be original work and not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of a third party (including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy or publicity).
There is no limit to the number of Photo Submissions a participant may provide.
Prizes will be provided by Pamela’s Products. Prizes will be distributed by and at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes may include but are not limited to: a Fitbit Charge HR (retail value $149.95) and a selection of Pamela’s Products (retail value $50).
SELECTION OF WINNER:
Winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be selected by the Sponsor from the pool of eligible photos submitted during the Contest Period. In determining the Judging Criteria, the Sponsor may consider the quantity of “likes” and comments associated with a Photo Submission, but the number of “likes” or comments will not determine the winning submission
