THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”). The Sweepstakes Grand Prize will consist of a trip to Kenny Chesney’s private 2017 concert in Key West, Florida, and shall have an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of five thousand dollars ($5,000). The components of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize are:
• Round-trip standard economy airfare for two (2) people to a major commercial airport in southern Florida. The departing and returning flights will be based out of the major U.S. airport hub closest to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence, or at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• Three (3) nights’ stay for two (double occupancy, standard room) in hotel to be chosen by Sponsor.
• Round trip transportation to and from the airport in southern Florida and the hotel chosen by Sponsor.
• Round trip transportation to and from the hotel in Key West, Florida to the concert venue.
• Two (2) tickets to Kenny Chesney’s private 2017 show in Key West, on or about September 8th, 2017 (date subject to change).
• Dinner for two (2) people with Kenny Chesney and others.
• A five hundred dollar ($500) VISA® gift card to use for activities in the Florida Keys.
There will be five (5) First Prizes awarded at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period (“Sweepstakes First Prizes”). Each of the First Prizes will consist of one (1) wrapped guitar signed by Kenny Chesney. Each First Prize shall have an ARV not exceeding $600.
There will be ten (10) Second Prizes awarded at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period (“Sweepstakes Second Prizes”). Each of the Second Prizes will consist of one (1) Key Lime Rum Cream swag bag. Each Second Prize shall have an ARV not exceeding $150.
ARV OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Total ARV of all prizes is $9,500.
