xi. Baseball Hall of Fame™ Trip (1): One (1) Daily Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – the Daily Prize Winner and one (1) “Guest” – to the National Baseball Hall of FameTM in Cooperstown, NY (“Hall of Fame Trip”). Hall of Fame Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for up to two (2) people (Daily Prize Winner and 1 Guest) between the major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Albany International Airport; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy); admission for two (2) people to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and a tour of the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Hall of Fame Trip will be schedules with Daily Prize Winner for a mutually agreeable date in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and is subject to availability. Hall of Fame Trip must be completed by December 31, 2013. ARV of Baseball Hall of Fame Trip: $2,500, depending on the city of departure and fluctuations in airfare charges and hotel rooms. Any difference between the actual value of the Prize and the stated ARV (if less than the actual value) will not be awarded.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) people – the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests – to a regular-season game played by a professional baseball team within the continental United States of his/her choice (“Grand Prize Trip”). Use of prepaid gift card is subject to all Terms and Conditions set forth by issuer. By accepting and using the prepaid gift card, Grand Prize Winner must agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions which are printed thereon. Grand Prize Trip will be scheduled with Grand Prize Winner for a mutually agreeable date in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and is subject to availability. Total ARV of all Daily Prizes is $18,073.88. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $5,000, depending on the city of departure, destination and fluctuations in airfare charges and hotel rooms.
