PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize winner shall receive the “2010 Tony Awards®” Grand Prize package of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to catch the 2010 Tony Awards® on Sunday, June 13, 2010, which consists of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and a travel guest to New York, NY on JetBlue Airways (the “Travel Prizes”) from an airport served by JetBlue in the major city closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (it being understood and agreed that such travel guest must be leaving from the same destination of the Grand Prize winner and only if the Grand Prize winner lives more than 100 miles from New York, NY), departing on Saturday, June 12, 2010 and returning on Monday, June 14, 2010 and subject to certain applicable JetBlue terms and restrictions; (ii) two (2) night’s standard room/double occupancy hotel accommodations arriving on Saturday, June 12, 2010 and departing on Monday, June 14, 2010; and (iii) two tickets to the 2010 Tony Awards® to be held at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, June 13, 2010.
