ASSIGNMENT: Take of a photo of your child when he/she is at their messiest (“Photo”). Photo can be taken at any time of the day/night when the child/kid is at his/her messiest, including, but not limited to meal time(s). Photo can only include your child(ren) or legal ward(s). Photo may include multiple children but each child pictured in the Photo must be between the ages of 2 and 17 years of age. Photo must not include any trademark or logos, other than the Wet Ones trademark and logo if the product is included in the Photo.
WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all judging matters relating to this Contest. Eligible Entries will be judged on the following criteria: 1) Creativity/Originality (45%), 2) Alignment with (and degree to which it complements) the Contest theme of “The Wet Ones® The Messiest Kid in America” (45%) and 3) Technical quality of the Photo (e.g., clarity of image) (10%). In such judging, Sponsor shall take into account the ages of the child/children depicted in the Entry Photos. The Entry with the highest total score in the judging by Sponsor will be declared the Grand Prize winner, and the five Entries with the next highest total scores in the judging by Sponsor will each be declared First Prize winners, subject to verification.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 and a one (1) year supply of Wet Ones® Antibacterial Hand Wipes. $5,000 will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Wet Ones® Antibacterial Hand Wipes portion of the prize to be awarded as: twelve (12) canisters (40-count), twelve (12) packages of 24-count individually wrapped singles and twelve (12) travel packs (20-count). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,050.00.
Five (5) First Prizes: a $2,500 Visa® Prepaid Card. Visa Prepaid Card will be pre-loaded and may be used in the United States and U.S. Territories wherever Visa Prepaid Cards are accepted.
