After registering/logging in, follow the links and instructions to select whether you are nominating yourself (if you are 16 – 19 years old) or a teen who is 16 – 19 years old (not yourself) and then select your top two choices of apprenticeship experiences for yourself or the teen you are nominating from among the apprenticeship experience options below, first and second choices. These will be used to determine the category in which the teen will be considered and the apprenticeship experience for which he or she will be eligible,

The choices of apprenticeship experience and the essay answers are collectively your submission (the “Submission”). When you upload a Submission, you (the nominator) will also receive 1 Sweepstakes entry.
Submission Guidelines:
The Submission must be in English;
The Submission must not exceed 150 words in length (up to 50 words per question);
The Submission content must be true;
The Submission must be your own work; and
No portion of the Submission may have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.
Limit: Each entrant may upload up to 5 different Submissions during the Promotion Period but may only nominate an individual once and each entrant may earn up to 5 Sweepstakes entries for uploading Submissions.
Prizes:
Sweepstakes: 1 SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: 2 $1,000 Visa Gift Cards, terms and conditions apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.
Contest: Each Contest prize includes 6 nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) (Sunday – Saturday); round trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and a parent/legal guardian or other adult chaperone guest (‘Guest”) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to destination city; round trip ground transfers between airport and hotel; $1,500 stipend per apprenticeship experience for each winner; and a teen Apprenticeship Experience of 5 days (sometime between Monday and Friday, including round trip ground transportation between hotel and apprenticeship experience location). All apprenticeship experiences will take place between June 15 and August 1, 2012, and actual schedule may vary, as further determined by Sponsor and/or applicable Promotional Parties in their discretion.
