Grand Prize: On or about May 2, 2014, Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize winner
in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received during the Promotional
Period. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
The Grand prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas,
Nevada. Prize package includes:
• Round-trip coach class airfare for the winner and guest between the major airport
nearest winner’s residence and Las Vegas, with airports selected in Sponsor’s sole
discretion;
• Single room double occupancy hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for three (3)
consecutive nights in a 4-star hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• Ground transportation for winner and guest between the Las Vegas airport and
hotel;
• Transportation for one day (up to 8-hours), while in Las Vegas, to and from
shopping spree, lunch, makeover, dinner and show;
• $2000 shopping spree with a L’eggs provided stylist. Winner and guest will each
receive $1000 in VISA gift cards to use on the shopping spree;
• Winner and guest will be treated to one (1) lunch at a restaurant determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion;

• Winner and guest will receive a beauty “make-over,” including hair and makeup.
Location and timing determined by Sponsor;
• Dinner for the winner and guest at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choosing;
• Two (2) tickets for the winner and guest to attend a Las Vegas “show” selected by
Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• $1,000 awarded in the form of a VISA Gift Card for additional expenses of the
trip;
• $25,000 in the form of a check.
Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $34,000. Grand Prize winner is solely
responsible for all costs and expenses of the prize trip not specified as included in these
Official Rules, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, non-included meals, souvenirs,
local and long-distance telephone calls, laundry, air travel baggage fees, service charges,
additional ground transportation, insurance, and other personal expenses. Trip
(including, without limitation, air transportation, accommodations, salon service, ground
transportation, restaurants, and shows) is subject to availability and additional
restrictions. Travel arrangements must be booked through Sponsor. Winner and guest
must travel on same itinerary. Trip must be taken between September 1 and October
31, 2014, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest are solely
responsible for obtaining (and traveling with) valid identification and any other required
documents. If winner resides within 250 miles of Las Vegas, Sponsor may elect, in its
sole discretion, to substitute ground transportation between winner’s residence and the
hotel for the air fare and associated ground transportation, without additional
compensation to the winner. If winner elects to take trip without a guest, components of
the prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of
travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for
same. Winner’s guest must be age 21 or older. Gift cards are subject to all terms and
conditions generally applicable thereto. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Prize must
be accepted with all listed prize components subject to the conditions indicated herein.
No prize transfer or substitution allowed; however, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion to substitute prize (or any prize component) with another prize/prize
component of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component becomes
unavailable for any reason. Actual value of the prize may depend on the city of departure
and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual
value will not be awarded to winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner
in the amount of $34,000 at the appropriate time. Once scheduled, trip must be taken on
dates and times arranged by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Changes are
not permitted after air ticket issue. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or
cancellations. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner or guest is
unable to take scheduled trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events,
terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control.
Potential winner will be notified via e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the entry
form within three (3) business days of the drawing. Potential Grand Prize winner must
complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, where lawful, a

Publicity Release, and an IRS W-9 form within ten (10) days after receipt of notification.
If such documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if notification of prize is returned
as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in full
compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner
selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner’s guest
must also complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity
Release before July 1, 2014. No travel arrangements will be made without these forms.
Failure to sign and return such documents in a timely fashion may result in forfeiture of
prize in its entirety. If forfeiture occurs during the process of confirming a winner and
awarding the prize, then Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among remaining
eligible entries in order to award the prize. If, however, forfeiture occurs after the Grand
Prize has been awarded and confirmed, Sponsor has no obligation to select and award the
prize to an alternate winner.
