CONTEST PERIODS: There are two (2) Contest Periods as defined in the chart below (“Contest Period 1” and “Contest Period 2”). Entries must be received during the relevant Contest Period to be eligible for that Contest Period’s available prizes.

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: An unlimited number of Level One prizes will be available during both Contest Period 1 and Contest Period 2. The Level One Prize is a Gift Card for a free Medium Beverage with the purchase of any Epic Burrito redeemable at any participating Del Taco location (ARV $2). Limit: One (1) Level One Prize per person/household during each Contest Period.
An unlimited number of Level Two prizes will be available during both Contest Period 1 and Contest Period 2. The Level Two Prize is a Gift Card for a free Taco al Carbon redeemable at any participating Del Taco location (ARV $2). Limit: One (1) Level Two Prize per person/household during each Contest Period.
Level Three prizes will be available for only the first twenty-five (25) entrants who successfully complete the Level Three challenge during Contest Period 1. The Level Three Prize is a $50 Del Taco Gift Card (ARV $50). Limit: One (1) Level Three Prize per person/household during Contest Period 1. Entrant will be notified before the start of the Level Three Challenge whether a Level Three Prize is still available to win.
Level Four prizes will be available for only the first two (2) entrants who successfully complete the Level Four Challenge during Contest Period 2. The Level Four Prize is a one year’s supply of Del Taco food for the winner (not to exceed $1150) (ARV$1150). Limit: One (1) Level Four Prize per person/household during Contest Period 2. Entrant will be notified before the start of the Level Four Challenge whether a Level Four Prize is still available to win.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won: $10,000.00.
