Q: Will I automatically be entered into the sweepstakes if I just add $50 worth of Fisher-Price items to my registry?
A: Yes! Just add $50 dollars’ worth of Fisher-Price products to your registry during the sweepstakes period (February 1, 2016-March 31, 2016) to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Alternatively, during the sweepstakes period you may instead enter by sending one (1) 3×5 card with your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number to Amazon Baby Registry and Fisher-Price Sweepstakes One, PO Box 6010, Morton Grove, IL 60053. Mail-in entries must be post-marked by March 31, 2016 and received by April 4, 2016.
Q: Do I have to enter the sweepstakes each month to be eligible for each prize drawing?
A: You only need to enter the sweepstakes once, by adding a minimum of $50 of Fisher-Price items to your baby registry. Entries not drawn at any given drawing will remain in the entry pool for subsequent drawings, if any. Limit one prize per person.
A random drawing for the first Monthly Period will be held on or about March 4, 2016. A random drawing for the second Monthly Period will be held on or about April 4, 2016. One (1) potential prize winner will be selected for each Monthly Period random drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person for a total of two (2) Sweepstakes winners.
Prizes. We will award a total of two (2) prizes, one (1) per Monthly Period. Each prize consists of a $2,000.00 Amazon.com Gift Card.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $4,000.00.
